Business and Management Support

The Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority provides business and management support to all existing and potential investors. The organisation recognises the need for services to be effective and efficient, and therein ensures staff are able to handle requests successfully. The varied departments of the SLTDA have qualified and trained staff who are on hand to assist investors.

Business support assists potential investors to access necessary information, when needed, particularly during setting up. Ensuring procedures and guidelines are easily understood and providing adequate assistance are some of the services the SLTDA staff offer.

The SLTDA strives to see the country’s tourist establishments operated to its fullest potential. The SLTDA extends management support in terms of training, administration, hospitality, customer care and sales to all stakeholders.
